Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We accept exchanges and refunds within 7 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Embroidered and festive pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

To start a return, email hello@atlus.com with your order number. We respond within one working day. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of us receiving the returned item.
